This map was drawn by a Chippewa leader and shows the boundary lines between the Chippewa and Sioux territories and a saw-mill built by settlers without permission from the Chippewa Indians. This map shows north to Neenaba's village and Rice Lake on the Red Cedar River and south to the Mississippi in northwestern Wisconsin. It includes portions of the St. Croix, Willow, Meadow, Vermillion, Red Cedar, Chippewa, and Clearwater rivers.
