MISSISSIPPI BAIL LOAN FUND ASSIGNMENT OF BOND Know Hi Men By These Presents! The Trustees of the Mississippi Bail Loan Fund consisting of Ernest R. Chanes, Hubert T. Delany, David Dennis, James Forraan, r/illiam Meyers, Robert P. Moses, and Benjamin E. Smith have heretofore posted cash bail in the sum of (♦ ) Dollars for the release of the undersigned from the jail at , Mississippi. Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the undersigned does hereby agree to reimburse, to save harmless and to pay to the order of the said Trustees or either of them on demand the aforesaid amount of the cash bail and does hereby assign to the above named Trustees, as security for such repayment, any and all right, title and interest which the undersigned may have in the above-mentioned cash bail posted on his behalf.
