Queen Anne house was built about 1900 by George Woolrich. Woolrich was born in England in 1848 and emigrated to Mineral Point in 1868. He is listed as a farmer on the 1880 census and as a tanner on the 1900 census. At the time of this photograph, the house was numbered "414".
