Description	Mineral Point Tribune, March 1, 1893 It has become a known fact Mr. Joseph Deller will have built the coming summer on the lot on which he now lives, a family residence of mammoth proportions. The designs, plans and specifications were drawn by Z. Oates & Son, and are pronounced by those who are capable of judging, as perfect and grand and that the structure, when completed, will be a credit to our city, to the architect, and to the owner.
